One of the main reason of mental discomfort is increasing day by day is less bound between the relationships.Despite of living under one roof ,family members keep themselves busy in some activities on modern technology like mobiles,laptops or notepads or on social media.This major factor has affected all group of ages.from 2 years kid up to 7o year age.
Day by day we are getting addicted to these unhealthy activities.
Mental health is the overall appearance of the person which includes his activities,behavior and actions he take.To keep our society mentally healthy there should be free education from school life up till  the professional life and then on different stages from the Government.People should be educated about the activities and the habits which can increase their risk of development of mental health problems.
