Take a pan, add one liter of normal water and bring it to boil. AT this point add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds+ 1-inch piece of cinnamon+ 1 tablespoon of grated ginger+ 1 teaspoon of carom seeds(ajwain)
and a pinch of turmeric powder and now add 1 tablespoon of green leaves and turn off the lit and cover the pan with a lid and rest it for about 10 to 15 minutes and after 15 minutes take a glass of this water and add 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink that after your meal. Do this after every meal it will help in boosting up your metabolic rate and burn fat in a very effective way. BUT all you have to do is consume normal water too along with this drink.
In a month you will lose 3 kgs of weight.

This Apple Cider Vinegar I personally use and I have seen good results by consuming it. I use it at night. If sometimes I feel lazy then I simply take a glass of normal water and add a teaspoon of Apple Cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and simply drink it before going to bed.
