Secondly stop using the die casting utensils. They release the most dangerous chemicals when you cook in them which not only causes the cancer but also directly affect our hairs and skin, instead use iron utensils.
Thirdly make sure that you are taking
best supplements and multivitamins for your skin and hair care after 25 years of age. But if you are experiencing hair fall and bad hair texture before 25 then you may also take these supplements.
The basic reason is that Hair strands are made of
keratin and these are of proteins. So increase the intake of proteins in your food and see the magic in your hair growth and scalp.

When iron levels most commonly known as Serum Ferritin fall below a certain levels then you may experience the worst hair fall. You may fulfill this need by eating animal meat in any form and if you are vegetarian then you may go for lentils, spinach and all green leaf vegetables. They are rich in iron.

PRE-CONDITIONING:
Pre-conditioning means to condition your hair before shampoo the hair.
you may oil them , the following oils will help you make your hair feel shiny and healthy:
1) Coconut oil

4) Argan oil

METHOD:
Mix the same proportion of all these oil or the oil which are readily available at your home and keep them in glass bottle. When you have to use lightly warm the oils mixture in micro and apply it to the hairs by making the proper hair portions and also apply to the tips of the hairs and move your fingers along the hair strand for 5 to 6 times and then take the other portion of hairs. When you done of applying oil to your hairs then take a warm wet towel and firmly cover your whole head in the towel and keep it for at least half an hour.
This will condition your hair and also your scalp . Now take bath and shampoo the hair. Don't apply conditioner instead you can apply serum on your hairs to keep them moisturized and silky.
POST CONDITIONER:
Serum: You may take few drops of Argan oil and rub on the palm of hand and apply on the damp wet hairs. You may add a drop of glycerin in it.
