SHILPA SHETTY DIET PLAN
MORNING ROUTINE:
Shilpa Shetty's diet plan starts with warm water with some drops of Noni juice in the morning time.
Every morning she does oil Pulling. She takes at least two tablespoons of cold-pressed coconut oil and moves it around the mouth and between teeth for 7 to 10 minutes, but for 20 minutes it is suggested.
Then she does yoga and sweats herself. She used to do different exercises as well but then she gets so much inspired with the yoga that she keeps it in her daily routine. She also has a YouTube channel in which she teaches the techniques of yoga.
She claims that she doesn't do these yoga and other exercises for weight loss, but she does this for rediscovering inner strength and flexibility with doing it over a period of time.so she does a lot of workout regimes that help her, so its mixture of high intensity, interval training, core strengthening, planks are one of her favorites and she enjoys burpees. She loves animal walks and said that it's not one kind of training, it’s an amalgam of a lot of stuff.
She is doing Ashtanga, Vinyasa, the Bihar School of Yoga. She also said that she had tried all kinds of yoga yet but the point is to keep stick to the basics of inhaling and exhaling throughout the asanas, which ultimately affects and oxygenates the muscles, rejuvenates the mind and body.
She preferably does yoga in the morning on an empty stomach. Or you may drink warm water with lemon or you may eat a small banana and go for yoga, don’t do yoga on a full stomach. If you want to do yoga at other time hours you can do it after eating a meal, at least 2-3 hours later.
BREAKFAST:

Shilpa Shetty's diet plan starts with the day is simple and she eats like people used to eat in early years. Mornings start at 7 o’clock.
It’s usually very high fiber breakfast. Oats, Muesli, coupled with fruits. She starts it with raw food so it’s either banana, grated apple, blueberries in the muesli. She prefers to use natural sweeteners like honey, powdered jaggery that is very readily available in the market. The newest form of sugar is coconut sugar, which is great for oats.
If there is a vegetarian day then she starts the day with a simple smoothie, which is a mixture of almond milk+banana+raw oats+honey and any other fruit that she wants to have in it. Then she eats two eggs at around 10-10:30 AM with raw avocado and a whole-wheat toast with butter and then a cup of tea with coconut sugar. So basically she avoids all kinds of sweeteners.
AFTERNOON MEAL/ LUNCH:
The afternoon meal is heavy. She takes brown rice or white rice with chicken or fish, some kind of protein with vegetables and salad which includes cucumber and carrot with a bit of sea salt on it. Sometimes she does alternate this heavy lunch with Yogi bowl which includes everything like salad, barley, rice, brown rice, grilled chicken bits, and beetroot and she puts a tablespoon of desi ghee in her lunch that is a must ingredient.
She also puts desi ghee on roti (flatbread) as well as sometimes eat paratha with daal (lentils) and vegetables.
SNACK TIME:
Then in snack, which is the mid-meal, this includes two eggs or a sandwich which includes beetroot, cucumber, boiled potato slices and a pinch of chaat masala. This keeps you full before dinner.
DINNER:
Then at 7- 7:30 she ensures to take her dinner.
The dinner is a usually lighter meal like Lentil Soup or chicken soup, vegetables or chicken, no raw vegetables at night, grilled chicken, no salad, daal, low-carb meals, and she is fond of mushroom hotpot rice sometimes at night.
SWEET CRAVINGS:
She loves to eat Chikki for sweet craving after lunch.
CONCLUSION:
SO this is the whole day food that Shilpa Shetty eats in a day. She ensures to do yoga and control portions and avoid fast food and sugar in any form except natural sugar.
