 Hairfall is a very common problem. Some people may face it during summers only but some have this problem around the whole year. Hair fall may be from the crown area as it is more common in men and it may be in patch form or it may be the overall hair fall.

Most people rush towards the salons and spas fro the hair fall solution but I think the natural treatments are best if they are followed properly and authentically. One more thing, whatever ayurvedic solution you follow but be persistent and patient to get the desired results.

METHOD OF FENUGREEK OIL FOR HAIRS:

Fenugreek oil for hairs:



Fenugreek seeds and Nigella seeds are best for hair regrowth and strong hairs. They will also strengthen the roots of the hair and will make the hair follicle smooth and strong.

Procedure:

Take one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and one tablespoon of nigella seeds and one tablespoon of black tea. Grind all the above but don't make a fine powder of it. Now take 2 cups of any oil you usually use for your hair care routine or prefer to take mustard oil because it is highly resistant towards heat. Now heat the mustard oil in an iron pan and put the above mixture in the oil and heat the mixture for about 2 hrs on very low heat or you may put the oil and bring mixture in an airtight bottle in the sunlight for at least a week. This will induce all the benefits of the mixture in the oil. 

The oil which you heated on the stove for two hours let it cool and strain the oil and discard the leftover mixture and store the oil in an airtight jar and use this oil twice a week and make sure to cover the roots by doing sections of the hairs and you may apply on the lengths of the hairs. This oil will make the roots strong and this will also make the frizzy hair silky and shiny.
