No matter you are young or old but the chemically treated hair is a trend. Because of chemical treatments, our hair becomes so damaged and frizzy that we can't even make them smooth as they were before. So we usually go for other chemical treatments to make them smooth and silky which again is a very bad treatment for hairs. So what should we do to make our hair look healthy and shiny as they were before.

I do have many suggestions and many methods that I actually apply to my self to make my hair look more shiny and healthy.

Best protein hair mask for damaged hair is a very simple remedy that is readily available at your home and you don't need to get hustle for searching that product in the market.
The main ingredient for the protein hair mask is egg yolk. The yellow part of the egg. This is really very effective.
One egg yolk contains 16 g of protein. It's natural and its very effective for your damaged hair.

Method:

Take one to two egg yolks and beat them and apply it directly on damp hairs(not water dripping hairs or wet hairs). and comb your hair thoroughly. The yolk should be applied on app[roximately all the strands of the hairs and it should be applied in generous amount. If your length of hair is long then you may add one more yolk. Wrap your hairs with a shopping bag or a plastic shower cap. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
Now wash it off with normal water. Don't apply conditioner. Just remove the yolk with baby shampoo and normal water.
Do this method for once a week in a month and you will see tremendous results in a month.
